Chat Support Agent (Remote)

The Position
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Chat Support Agent, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Respond to customers, identify customer issues, provide solutions, converse in a polite and professional manner, and perform data entry
Respond to inbound customer inquiries
Work with the customer in trying to find a solution to their problem
Answer frequently asked questions and provide technical support assistance when needed
Always provide the utmost customer service when chatting with customers/prospective customers
Skills and Requirements:
1+ years of experience in chat customer service and at least 3 years of general customer service
Ability to multi-task as you will be taking multiple chats at once
Written English grammar and spelling at a C1 level
Outstanding communication skills are a must
Empathy and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and be articulate and professional
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered
Ability to type at least 40 WPM with 0 errors
Ability to work independently researching information
Must be proficient on the computer which includes being able to navigate through the web and various tools provided
Must be motivated and sales-driven (bonus structure involved)!
