A Day in the Life
The Senior Marketing Specialist sits within Medtronic’s Catheter Labarotary (CathLab) Pakistan Marketing Team and reports to TWAL CathLab Marketing Manager It is a role designated to implement marketing initiatives and provide sales support to drive the growth of products under their purview. The Senior Marketing Specialist interfaces with the TWAL marketing team, as well as with the Training and Education team, clinical department, event management team, compliance and legal department, customer service team, market access and regulatory teams. In this role, you will:

Lead the marketing and communication strategy in collaboration with TWAL Marketing Team with special focus on product messaging, liaise with the sales and marketing team to ensure the effective dissemination of new clinical results and associated claims.
Manage the lifecycle of the products under your responsibility.
Build and maintain relationships with local teams through close partnership.
Ensure the on-time product and operational readiness.
Lead local and international congress participations process and run Medtronic driven activities in and outside of TWAL.
Work in partnership with TWAL marketing, supply chain, finance teams as well as the field team to accurately forecast product demand and monitor product availability.
Track and prepare executive reports to update TWAL marketing team.
Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience in marketing, market development, and/or sales (5 years with an Advanced Degree)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong project management experience
Outstanding Analytical skills including general understanding of business economics and financial measures
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Fluency in English
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
