Job Summary:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist at ArabTherapy, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and ROI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that maximize our online presence and customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads (Meta Ads), Snapchat, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve campaign objectives.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for paid search campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.
Implement A/B and multivariate testing to enhance campaign performance and user experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and perform competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in our marketing strategies.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Implement and manage remarketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Create, launch, and monitor paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and LinkedIn.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on digital advertising.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Snapchat.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
Have prior experience managing a substantial advertising budget.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Certifications in relevant platforms or marketing disciplines are a bonus.
