Administrative Assistant to the Sales and Marketing

About the job

Main Functions

Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail, coordinating appointments for the DOSM and DOS and answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards
Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area and file storage system
Prepare written correspondence.
Handle travel arrangements for DOSM , DOS and Sales Managers.
Coordinating internal, external meetings and conference calls as required
Responsible for the meeting room booking system
Taking minutes of calls and meetings as directed
Provides back up support to the Catering team when needed, (signage, Tent Cards, Menu’s etc…)
Responsible for Sales & Catering tool in terms of bookings, system audits, groups, etc…)
Generating monthly reports for the DOS & DOC.

What To Expect From Your Work Experience…You Will

Candidate is required to have 2-5 years of previous management experience in Finance department.
Have a working knowledge of all areas in Finance.
