The resort also features 18 Food and Beverage outlets, 1,056 sqm ballroom with 8 breakout rooms, wide variety of recreational facilities, and a spa with 12 treatment villas.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Director of Spa who has a passion for wellness and crafting unique luxury spa experiences for our guests and driving business results by building an engaged team of colleagues who share the same passion to excel and create memorable spa experiences for our guests.

Manage overall operations of the spa.
Ensures all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that all follow up is completed on a timely basis. Pre-empts and anticipates guest needs.
Develops and maintains a motivational working environment with the department and positive working relationships with other departments.
Plan, manage and execute financial budgets, capital expenditure and control operational expenses.
Attend weekly/monthly review meetings with EAM Romms and prepare monthly reports analysis for presentation
Training and performance check of all Spa colleagues.
What We Are Looking For
A minimum 6-7 years experience in similar position
Strong Leadership and organisation skills with a “hands on approach
Exceptional Communication Skills, both verbal and written
