Civil Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee civil engineering projects within the context of Facility Management.
– Collaborate with facility managers and clients to understand project requirements and goals.
– Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
– Coordinate and supervise construction and maintenance activities in line with project specifications and timelines.
– Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify facility maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
– Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
– Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil engineering aspects related to Facility Management.
– Prepare project reports, progress updates, and financial statements for clients and stakeholders.
– Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of facility assets.
– Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to civil engineering in Facility Management.

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
– 9-15 years of experience as a Civil Project Engineer with a focus on Facility Management.
– Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices within the Facility Management sector.
– Proficiency in project management software and tools.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Leadership and teamwork skills.
– Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to Facility Management.

– Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
