SAMA Telecom Company is seeking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

Qualifications

1. B.S. degree in Telecommunications Engineering or any IT field.

2. 5+ years of experience in software and operating systems
3. Solid knowledge of SQL queries.
4. Ability to work under pressure.

Technical Skills Required:

1. Experience in different GPS and IoT technologies

2. Knowledge of network infrastructure and communications ways.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Hardware and software integration support,

2. installation support, and product

3. Software training Skills.
4. Good command in English writing, speaking, reading
5. Experience in telecommunication systems and IoT technologies.
