Job Description:

As a Sales & Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients in the cement and heavy industry. The ideal candidate will possess 3-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in cement and heavy industry operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting technical assessments and inspections of equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues to ensure optimal functionality of machinery.
• Planning and executing preventive maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment longevity.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive service solutions to clients.
• Offering technical guidance and support to clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries effectively.
• Providing on-site technical training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Actively identifying sales opportunities and promoting our products and services to clients.
• Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads through excellent customer relationships and technical expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (or any Engineering field).
• 3-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in cement and heavy industry operations.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including a high level of English proficiency.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required for the role, including continuous travel.
