Job Summary:

promoting current and potential new products in the assigned territory through strengthening and diversifying relations with existing clients and establishing contacts with new ones, to increase sales and optimise client´s account and sales budgets.

Job Duties

Collates accurate and prompt basic sales information, to keep track of and follow up on client’s accounts and contracts.
Promotes current and potential new products with customers, in order to help achieve sales budget.
Negotiate and finalize deals with customers, in order to achieve sales targets and regularly report back to management on business plans.
Identifies new business trends and keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends, in order to promote Hikma products in an attractive way.
Performs cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers, in order to promote the needed Hikma products to the targeted customers and meet their needs.
Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships, in order to ensure future sales.
Analyse the territory/market’s potential, in order to track sales and status reports.
Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services, to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints and maximize satisfaction.
