Provide efficient and courteous service to our guests.|
Responsible of the cleanliness of all equipment used in his/her station to serve the guests|
Ensures that mise-en-place is correctly carried out in his/her station and trains.|
Serves food and beverage to the guests as per the set standards of the hotel.|
Follow all the safety and hygiene measures of the hotel.|
Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards including attentiveness, anticipation, accuracy and maintaining high level of knowledge about the products and services offered in the hotel|
Participates in training sessions, briefings and meetings as and when requested. What we need from you Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field|Good command of English is a must.
