Senior HR Officer (Planning)
National Energy group seeking to hire Senior HR Officer (Planning) to work in the company at the HR department.
Responsibilities:
-Â Recruitment and Talen Acquisition: manage the recruitment and selection process in order to attract hire the best talent for the organization.
-Â People learning and growth: develop and deliver training and development programs and initiatives and in order to build the competencies (skills, Knowledge and attitude/ behavior) of team members.
-Â Compensation and benefits: work to update the current of salary scale, and manage the design includes all details.
-Â Performance appraisal: develop the current PA and implement performance appraisal management process by setting with managers to set objectives for their team.
-Â Career path: Create career path for all current positions in the company and set the plan for that with policy and procedure.
-Â Succession planning: set the policy and procedure.
-Â Implement, foster, and improve the culture.

-Â Develop and implement the HR policies and procedure.
-Â Training and support the other HR team members.

Qualifications and work experience:
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR filed.
- Very good knowledge of HR planning (strategic plan).
- BSc certificate (industrial engineering, HR, or any related area.
- Work under pressure.
- Strong personality.
- Very good in English language.
- Very good in Microsoft office programs.
- Presentation skills.
- Analysis skills.
