**Position: Warehouse_Clerk**

**About the Role:**
As a Warehouse Clerk, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse activities are accurately reflected in the system and that data is retrievable when needed. You’ll collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including the warehouse team, distribution, finance, and leadership team, to streamline processes and maintain efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Prepare picklists for invoices, verify invoices, and follow up with delivery drivers.
– Handle returns from delivery drivers, ensuring all returns are approved and updated in the system.
– Manage cash-van operations, including preparing load lists and processing returns.
– Generate daily and monthly reports, such as return reports and loading reports.
– Handle shipment receipts, ensure completeness, and report any abnormalities.
– Prepare monthly reports on near expiry items and damaged goods.
– Perform inventory counts and other related duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
**Qualifications & Knowledge:**
– MIT Diploma or related qualification.
– Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel.
– Exposure to an ERP system.
– Willingness to work flexible schedules.
**Competencies & Skills:**
– Strong numerical aptitude.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
– Attention to detail.
**Experience:**
-0-2 years of experience.
