They are innovating new ways to help improve the quality of life of the Egyptian retailer and soon to other retailers globally.If you are passionate about working hard to make an impact and innovate new solutions, MaxAB is looking for top talent.Job SummaryThe Sales Hiring and Development Lead will be responsible for leading the hiring and training of the sales team across Egypt, as well as developing and designing on-boarding and off-boarding processes for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Hiring and Training team across Egypt.
• Establish the eligibility criteria for hiring on-ground sales representatives.
• Work on partnerships with recruitment agencies.
• Develop and design on-boarding and off-boarding processes for the sales team.
• Work on the sales operations payroll.
• Manage the intersection between the sales department and HR department.
• Participate in resource planning for the sales operations.
• Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for on-ground sales workforce retention, succession plan.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Recent experience of mass, blue collars hiring.
• Experience in different sourcing areas, such as referrals, social media, and job postings.
• Understanding of mass hiring methods and local employment regulations.
• Ability to design and implement full-cycle of sales representative hiring.
• Experience in training on-ground sales teams is a must .
• Superior verbal and written skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
