A pharmaceutical group is seeking hiring a highly experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who is responsible for managing and leading the financial initiatives of a pharmaceutical group.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
1- Coordinate, analyse and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors (financial performance, projections and other special projects as required).
2- Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties.
3- Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms’ performance.
4- Develop and control the group annual operating budget to ensure all financial targets are met.
5- Provide financial and business advice and guidance to the companies’ managers and staff to enable them to achieve their objectives.
6- Oversee the preparation of the group financial accounts to ensure these are presented accurately and on time.
7- Carry out all necessary actions to ensure the group meets its financial and legal obligations.
8- Develop performance measures that support the group’s strategic direction.

10- Perform risk management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investment.
11- Drive the group financial planning in alignment with the group vision.
12- Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist and advise the CEO, the Board and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities.
13- Work on strategy and business development along with other senior executives.
14- Provide sound knowledge on policies & procedures setup and review to ensure internal control measures are applied and followed.
15- Ability to perform feasibility studies and business valuation for existing and new projects/businesses.
16- Lead and drive transformation, turnaround operations, corporate restructuring, and change management.
Required & Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

2- Experience in leading and managing mergers & acquisitions transactions.
3- CPA is a requirement.
4- Multinational and international experience is preferable.
5- 15+ years of experience
6- Healthcare and/or Pharma experience is an advantage.
