Responsibilities:
· Monitor stock levels and oversee the movement of incoming and outgoing goods.
· Coordinate freight movements within the warehouse.
· Utilize negotiating skills to manage contracts with suppliers.
· Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
· Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
· Manage logistics staff and prioritize tasks.
· Plan and track inventory and shipments.
· Resolve shipment and inventory issues promptly.
· Prepare delivery schedules.
· Create invoices and bills.
· Assist in budgeting processes.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
· Proven experience as a logistics officer or similar role.
· Knowledge of logistics laws and regulations.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong communication and leadership abilities.
· Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
· Excellent command of the English language.
