The Role
The Guest Relation Officer will assist in managing the department as a successful independent profit center and to provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with Grand Hyatt Amman and Hyatt International Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guests’ satisfaction.
As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be reporting directly to the Assistant Front Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Grand Hyatt Amman Standards of Performance
Ensure when required, the doctor is contacted with the minimum delay and that direct supervisor is informed accordingly.
Be aware and adhere to the hotel emergency policy and procedure.
Act as a departmental coordinator for all areas of the hotel and ensure a proper follow-up is done for all guests’ requests and comments.
plug in all customer inquiries into the system and ensure proper follow up is done
Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
Perform billing and cashiering functions as required within the department.
Maintain total confidentiality of all guest and associate information.
Qualifications
University degree
0-1 years of experience as Guest Relation Agent in 5 stars hotel
Very good level of English language
