We are hiring a “Technical Support” with the following requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– 0-2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
– Familiarity with help desk software and remote desktop tools is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
– Utilize and maintain tracking software
– Ensure each workstation has the equipments needed.
– Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
– Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
– Document internal procedures.
– Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
– Daily Operation Tasks.
