Customer Service Officer
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER – immediate hiring
This position will support the school administration and the wider school parent community as a Customer Service Officer. Successful candidates should be fluent in Arabic and English. Excellent verbal, written, and translation skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Good computer skills, knowledge of software systems, and organizational skills are required. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and de-escalation techniques are essential to this role. Must be able to handle stressful situations with a smile and confidence.
General Responsibilities include:
1. Provide excellent customer service and support to all customers.
2. Utilize a proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure a reduction in customer complaints and minimize any repeat concerns.
3. Display high levels of trust, competence, empathy, and agility in all dealings with customers and colleagues.

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably related to Public Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration.
Reports to: School Superintendent
Salary/Benefits: 6,000 KWD/year (500 KWD/month), no additional benefits
