About The Role

Room Service Order Taker is responsible to co-ordinate all service requirements addressed to Room Service and ensure their immediate action.

What You Will Do

 

• Take guest in-room dining orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, coordinate delivery of food orders as well as accurate delivery of guest Amenities.
• Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s order.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

What You Bring

• High school / Diploma degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in same field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English Languages.
• Attention to details.

• Due to local labor law, applicants must hold work authorization for Jordan, namely a Jordanian ID.
