Guarantee Travel Group is looking to hire MICE Executive (Event Executive) based in Amman – Jordan

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Min 1 -3 years in Events and Groups Operations experience.
Proficient in communication with a wide range of people.
Excellent command in both language’s Arabic and English.
Ability to work independently and time management skills, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
Excellent Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and outlook).
Creative thinking and problem-solving.

Main Duties:

Conduct overall group operations including venue sourcing, proposal preparation, manifest creation, cost management, and land arrangements.
Conduct thorough financial management for MICE operations to maximize revenue.
Arrangement of hotels, and other travel related arrangements for MICE customers.
Serve as tour escort as needed.
Plan and conduct site inspections for potential venues for MICE business.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Participate in outbound group/incentive sales strategy and outreach.
Conduct additional business tasks/special projects in addition to above essential functions as needed.
