Job Description:

· Receive urgent blood demands

· Log them on the system and schedule potential blood donors.

· Follow up with blood banks, requestors and donors.

· Assist in any inquiry concerning the blood donation process.

· Attend 8 hour shift from 9am till 5pm from Monday till Friday

Requirements:

· High School diploma, University degree or equivalent.

· Ability to work quickly and efficiently, ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.

· Active listening and conflict resolution skills.

· Basic computer skills.

· Willingness and ability to learn.

· Previous call center/customer service experience.

· Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus.
