We are hiring a Sr. UI / UX Designer as the following:

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 5-7 years of experience in designing digital products and services, with a strong portfolio demonstrating their design skills and expertise.
Skills and Competencies:
User Research: The ability to conduct user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and other methods, to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
Design Thinking: The ability to use design thinking methodologies to identify and solve complex problems, generate innovative ideas, and drive design strategy.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
Expertise in user experience principles and best practices, with experience in conducting user research, creating wireframes, and designing prototypes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams such as product managers, developers, and other designers.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other front-end development technologies, with an understanding of how designs are implemented and how they impact development timelines and processes.
