Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical services maintenance for buildings.
• Proficient in the design and supervision of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting.
• Advanced proficiency in computer software such as AutoCAD, HAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and management abilities.
