Roles & Responsibilities
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, from there to prepare the estimates from the take- offs

Write POs for forwarding to the agents and vendor management timelines is essential element to be taken into account
Generate Work Orders
Compiling, creating and procurement packages
Assist and collaborate with Designers and keep track on the industry updates
Coordinating furniture and space plan designs with interior architecture and engineering disciplines
Taking the samples from the vendors and executing the plan what is Drafted
Coordinate with the Civil engineer and take inputs
Supports the projects team in the development of interior design documentation and presentation materials
Qualifications
Ability to work in teams and quick learner, work with minimum guidance preferred
Customer oriented, Self-motivated
Knowledge of working with projects schedule ( Timelines, quantities, prices,
Prompt in decision making skills and a Go-getter
Must be 4-5 years experience in Retail/Service Industry/Hospitality/Outlets
Must be Graduate/Diploma Holders with relevant work experience
Proficient in making reports Etc.
