Process Engineer

About the job

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for the process design, operation, and implementation. The successful candidate will be able to improve the organizations processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and optimize the organization’s processes from inception through to start-up and certification
Assess processes, interpret data and identify trends and gaps
Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve software development procedures and the quality of output
Perform risk assessments
Provide and update process documentation and manuals.
Evaluate the quality of the ongoing projects by conducting process audits.
Assist with process related enquiries through the dedicated channel

Requirements

Proven work experience (1-3 years) in process engineering and jira management
Experience in software development and SDLC
Knowledge of process-related standards (ISO and CMMI)
Experience in drafting documentation
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills
Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
BS degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science.
