Description:
We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer with a background in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, and a proven track record in the Manufacturing, Paper and Cardboard, or Cement Packing industries. With a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day operations of production processes.
– Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes.
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
– Troubleshoot technical issues on the production floor and propose effective resolutions.
