Summary of the role

• Responsible for being the main point of contact for assigned clients, and ensuring the optimal (timely, cost-effective) execution of sale contracts, while continually providing high-quality service to all involved stakeholders.

Responsibilities (included but not limited)

• UK + NV outbound logistics

• Ensure efficient execution of sale contracts for assigned clients & keep related data up-to-date.

• Work closely with Sales team, Inbound teams and Service providers to ensure high quality customer service & data accuracy as well as anticipate any execution challenges and advise on potential solution.

• Monitor assigned clients’ position & receivables.

• Check all assigned service providers’ invoices & approve the costs.

• Check stocks in assigned warehouses on a monthly basis & report accordingly.

Skills

• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook

• Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams, SharePoint,…) & Power BI are a plus

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Knowledge of Incoterms

• Knowledge of ESCC is a plus

• Knowledge of PBI is a plus

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent – a focus on Commodity Trading, Logistics or Management is a plus

• Other certifications are a plus

• Experience in an international environment/ global collaboration

• Experience in coffee trade logistics is a plus

• Experience in Customer Service is a plus
