Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual English-French speaking Sales Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in French-speaking regions. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating leads, nurturing prospects, and building strong relationships with potential clients in French-speaking markets. Your primary objective is to contribute to the company’s growth by driving revenue through sales outreach, effective communication, and a deep understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively research and identify potential clients in French-speaking regions.
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various lead generation methods, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
  • Address inquiries and objections effectively in English and French.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor product solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to coordinate efforts and align strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and French is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • English Resume is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
