The Nurse will be responsible for providing medical support to our staff and ensuring the efficient operation of our clinic, in coordination with our doctor. The ideal candidate should possess excellent medical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving Medical Conditions for Staff: Assess and provide initial care for staff members with medical conditions.
Coordination of Clinic Auditors Prioritize and coordinate clinic audits to ensure compliance with medical protocols.
Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and work-related injuries in coordination with the doctor and the Department of Health and Safety.
Chronic Medical Condition Management: Monitor and manage chronic medical conditions such as diabetes and hypertension among staff injuries in coordination with the doctor.
Regular Examination Coordination: Coordinate and schedule regular medical examinations for staff.
Email Communication: Continuously monitor and respond to emails related to medical inquiries and requests.
New Staff Onboarding: Process new staff files and coordinate appointments with Human Resources for medical examinations.
Medicine Inventory Management: Conduct monthly inventory of medications, ensuring their expiry dates are monitored and expired medications are disposed of properly.

Vacation Management: Receive employee vacation requests in coordination with the doctor.
Prescription Requests: Receive and process requests for medicines, ensuring proper documentation and reports for chronic medications.
COVID-19 Case Tracking: Monitor and follow up on COVID-19 cases among employees, in accordance with health guidelines.

Inventory Management: Regularly inventory medical supplies, stationery, and external treatment materials, restocking as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent.
Current state nursing license.
CPR and BLS certification ( preferred )
Previous nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or industrial setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of relevant medical software and electronic health records.
