Join Our Team as an IT Helpdesk Officer!
Are you someone who has an interest, in the merging of technology and healthcare? Do you excel in paced environments where your IT knowledge can have an influence? We currently have an opening for an individual with experience, in the Information Technology Helpdesk to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for common and routine issues such as answering questions and password resets.
- Monitor the helpdesk system and ensure that tickets are handled according to SLA’s.
- Respond to end-user calls and register requests in the helpdesk system.
- Assign tickets to teams according to ticket subject and priority.
- Follow up with team members on all pending support issues and ensure that it is addressed.
- Produce a monthly report about the status and performance of the end-user support function.
- Conduct orientation training to end users about Helpdesk system usage.
- Create and review all documentation related to the helpdesk and support function.
Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
