Reporting To: Senior Designer
Location: Onsite.
The Designer for Pens.com will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective digital designs for the brand’s website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. This role will report to the Sr. Designer and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
Responsibilities:
Create digital designs, including web pages, email templates, digital ads, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts and design solutions for campaigns.
Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
Work closely with the Sr. Designer to maintain consistency in design style, quality, and branding.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design.
Prepare designs for production and communicate with vendors and printers as needed.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in an e-commerce or B2B environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience with designing for responsive web and email templates.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design.
