Senior Graphic Designer
About the job
We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality visual designs across a variety of mediums including print, digital, and social media platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce visually engaging and effective design solutions that align with our brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts and designs across a variety of mediums including print, digital, and social media platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop design solutions that effectively communicate our brand message
- Produce visually engaging and effective design solutions that align with our brand standards
- Manage projects from concept through to final production, ensuring all designs are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects
- Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and technologies, and integrate them into our design processes as appropriate
Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience creating designs for both print and digital platforms
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing and mentoring junior designers is a plus
