Senior Graphic Designer
About the job
Job Description:
As a Senior Graphic Designer at Planet Agency, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity
and creative direction of our clients' brands. You will work closely with our clients and our creative team
to develop visually stunning and impactful design solutions that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Design: Conceptualize, create, and execute visually appealing design assets, including
but not limited to, logos, brochures, web graphics, social media content, print materials, and
advertising campaigns.
2. Brand Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their brand guidelines and develop
new branding elements, ensuring consistency and relevance in all design work.
3. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, and
provide design solutions that align with their marketing strategies.
4. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a creative and

5. Market Research: Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging
technologies to keep our design work fresh and competitive.
6. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery

7. Quality Control: Review and approve final designs, graphics, and layouts to ensure they meet
quality standards and are error-free.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. A
Master's degree is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in marketing agency, with
a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work.
3. Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and
other relevant design software.
4. Creativity: A strong sense of creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique
design solutions.
5. Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and the
internal creative team.
6. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and
