Role Overview: 🌟

As a full-time Graphic Designer at Ard Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various assignments and deliverables. This on-site position will involve close collaboration with our meteorology and research teams to execute design projects that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities: 🌟

📌Become a brand expert, ensuring adherence to current brand guidelines.
📌Develop a weather visual identity that complements our brand and encompasses various maps and weather infographics.
📌Produce weather visual designs, primarily weather maps depicting upcoming weather events affecting specific regions.
📌Turn complex insights into simple infographics
📌Transform complex presentation slides into cohesive stories with high-quality graphics.
📌Quickly discern feedback and revise projects to meet tight deadlines.
📌Work on time-sensitive projects with urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
📌Stay updated with industry trends and tools to continuously enhance design skills and techniques (3D and GIF).
📌Collaborate with the Meteorology and Research departments to develop client briefs.
📌Create digital marketing materials such as social media posts, email campaigns, and WhatsApp campaigns.

Requirements: 🌟

📌Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
📌1-2 years of experience.
📌Digital portfolio showcasing Graphic Design and storytelling ability.
📌Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design tools.
📌Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
📌Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
📌Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
📌Experience with social media design.
📌Preferred skills in video editing.
