About the job
Responsibilities
. Responsible for maintaining the highest level of hospitality while leading staff on floor
. Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team spirit or team cohesiveness.
. Guidance the staff for opening and closing duties
. Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally
. Resolve guest concern and complains in order to maintain positive atmosphere
. Ensure highly recommended service
. Preparation of staff duties and schedule
. Interact and engage with the customers and maintains high quality service standards
. Ensure F&B quality and standards
. Ensure that the staff is working according to food safety recommendation
. Assist the manager and responsible for the café operations in his absence.
. Overseeing team performance
Qualifications
. Minimum 3 years experience in same role
