Scope of Responsibilities

Conducting legal research
Advising individual and corporate clients on all types of arbitrations across a broad variety of industries
Analyzing evidence and documents to develop facts and strategy for complex arbitration cases and arbitration-enforcement cases
Drafting and reviewing briefs, memoranda, correspondence, examination outlines, and other documents
Participating in document and deposition discovery, trial preparation, witness interviews and trials
Communicating with clients and managing relationships
Providing direct assistance to partners and senior lawyers on matters arising in the course of day-to-day provision of legal services to clients
Managing the work of more junior associates and lawyers in training

As well as excellent academic credentials, you should possess the analytical rigor to grasp the legal intricacies of complex, complex, cross-border disputes, and the competitive spirit needed to thrive in the adversarial court arena.
