At OH Global Solutions, we are looking for an RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to join our team.
Responsabilities
- Conduct technical interviews to assess engineering candidates’ skills and qualifications.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific engineering staffing needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top engineering talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Requirements
Requirements include a higher education degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience performing the previously described functions within the engineering sector.
