A leading company in Kuwait is looking for a Sales Associate (recruitment from inside Kuwait only)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at Al Ameeri Group Holding in Kuwait City. The Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain an organized and well-stocked store. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering their questions, and assisting them in finding the appropriate merchandise. The Sales Associate will also process customer purchases, maintain accurate inventory, and participate in visual merchandising activities.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
