IT Assistant
The IT Assistant will be responsible for coordinating between the Operations, Customer Services and the IT Department to ensure smooth operation of applications and systems used in eZhire. This includes working closely with Customer Services & Operation teams to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, coordinating with the IT Department to implement technical solutions, and providing ongoing support.
- Act as a point of contact between the Operations/ Customer Service team and the IT Department for all application-related issues.
- Work closely with teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with applications or systems.
- Coordinate with the IT Department to implement technical solutions and updates as needed.
- Provide ongoing support and training to teams on the use of applications and systems.
- Monitor and track the status of all application-related issues, and provide regular updates to the Customer Services and IT staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to the use of applications and systems.
- Availability in the evening Shift is required, (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field)
