💼 Role Description:
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer to join our team in Amman-Sahab. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. This is a full-time on-site position, and you will play a crucial role in supporting our company’s growth and success.
💼 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience (3-5 years) in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and recruitment
Strong knowledge of Jordanian labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
