Quality Assurance Administrator
About the job
Arab Open University-HQ is seeking to appoint a full time Administrative staff for the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Department.
Responsibilities
Duties include working with the Director on data analysis and developing quality assurance reports, monitoring performance indicators and related follow up activities, liaising with various university campuses to assure that quality standards and accreditation requirements are implemented .
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree from relevant Scientific specialization or Information Technology, or Business Administration or Education (Measurement& Evaluation)
– At least Two years of recent technical and managerial experience involving Quality Assurance and Academic Audit in a well -known academic institution or an international organization.
-Extensive experience in data analysis and processing statistical packages.
-Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills, including the ability to interpret and effectively communicate policies, strategies and procedures.
-Sound knowledge of Quality Assurance and enhancement principles.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
