SINIORA Food Industries P.L.C. is seeking to fill the position (IT Administrator):
Job Summary
Monitor, manage and maintain windows server environments.
Configure and troubleshoot windows server network infrastructure and active directory.
Maintaining and supporting general computing and telecommunication services, such as LAN networks, Servers, WAN, and other network devices.
Managing and testing backup and recovery plans
Ensuring that storage, archiving, backup, and recovery procedures are functioning correctly.
Infrastructure Problems solving and Administrations.
Cloud Services
Virtualization Technologies
Install new software releases, evaluate system upgrades, and resolve system software-related problems.
Installing and Managing Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365.
Supporting and maintaining all equipment (PCs, printers, photocopiers, and related services), diagnosing, and resolving hardware and/or software problems & practices to meet business requirements.
Training the employees on the company system and procedures
Install and configure the Cisco Routers, switches, and firewalls.
Operate and monitor the CCTV system within the Control center in an efficient manner, ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures.
Handles the 24 x 7 support.
Reporting all IT activities regularly to the IT team Manager.
Education
-BA in Computer Science or any related field.
MCSE, ITIL, CCNA and Microsoft 365 certificates is preferred.
Experience
-4 – 6 years of experience in the same filed.

-Ability to manage Servers, storage, backup solution and network.
