Job Summary

Setting all Development and Research plans, and programs. Administering, monitoring, and supervising Development and Research activities. Identifying, evaluating, and developing new development opportunities and conducting essential research to enhance the TAJ ALSAFA’s growth and profitability. This role involves participating in strategic planning, market analysis, project oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful execution of residential development projects.

Responsibilities

STRATEGIC DUTIES

• Participating in formulating strategies, policies, and objectives for TAJ ALSAFA.
• Contributing to the development of a research and development strategy specifically tailored to the TAJ ALSAFA ‘s needs in the residential development industry.
• Controlling the performance of the department, setting Key Performance Indicators, and ensuring that the set plans and programs achieve the desired objectives.

TECHNICAL DUTIES

• Contributing to the development of the TAJ ALSAFA’s strategy, aligning research and development efforts with the TAJ ALSAFA’s overall goals in real estate residential development.
• Conducting in-depth market research to identify trends, demand, and opportunities in the real estate residential development sector.
• Analyzing demographics, economic factors, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making.
• Performing thorough due diligence on potential development associated with new products and services.
• Direct and oversee research projects to ensure they deliver timely and cost-effective results, enhancing the efficiency and quality of the TAJ ALSAFA’s residential real estate projects
• Cultivating and maintaining connections with relevant organizations and industry experts in the real estate sector for the exchange of ideas and information, ensuring the company remains informed about industry developments.
• Offering scientific guidance and advice to the TAJ ALSAFA’s leadership, enabling them to make informed decisions and prioritize cost-effective strategies related to residential development projects.
• Controlling and monitoring the R&D budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and within the prescribed limits, with a focus on real estate development projects.
• Developing and implementing policies and programs focused on researching and developing new real estate residential products and enhancing existing ones to meet the TAJ ALSAFA’s objectives.
• Initiating research on the performance of new and existing residential real estate products, both those developed by the company and competitors.
• Staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance development processes and project outcomes.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

• Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates to review progress and work plans, discussing their suggestions, and taking suitable actions accordingly.
• Identifying training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of the training courses in coordination with the concerned HR & Admin staff.
• Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices.
• Specifying manpower requirements according to the recruitment and selection system and as per the human resources planning practices at TAJ ALSAFA.
• Following up on subordinate employee affairs including vacations, leaves …etc.
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/engineering or equivalent.
• A master’s degree is preferable.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge in Research and development.
• Knowledge in real estate development.
• Knowledge in Product and market development.

Working Conditions

Saturday to Thursday from 09:00 am till 05:00 pm
