Job Description & Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Admin and Quality Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality of our consulting services and assisting in business development activities. You will collaborate closely with consultants and senior leadership to maintain high standards of service delivery and support the growth of our client base.
Requirements:
– Education: minimum of a Bachelor degree in one of the following fields: English literature or equivalent.
– Experience: 0 – 1 Years of experience in a similar role.
– Arabic and English languages excellent proficiency is mandatory.
– Advanced Microsoft office skills.
– Excellent client interaction and relationship skills as well as ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
-Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in deliverables.
– Administrative skills related to project contracts, agreements, and resource management.
– Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
– Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
·Conduct thorough reviews of consulting deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
·Ensure that all project documentation follows company quality standards and templates.
·Assist in creating project timelines, milestones, and tracking progress.
·Create and maintain a pipeline report to track business development activities.
·Research and identify potential clients and industries for business development opportunities.
·Collaborate with consultants in drafting client proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
·Coordinate follow-up communications with potential clients.
·Lead the development of pitch materials, marketing material, and presentations for potential clients.
·Create and maintain a database of industry-specific contacts and influencers.
·Create and maintain a repository of high-quality project templates and resources.
·Create and maintain an inventory of project-related assets and materials.
·Ensure proper documentation of project-related materials, including reports, data, and client communications.
·Handle administrative tasks associated with project contracts and agreements.
·Manage project archives, ensuring proper storage and retrieval of historical data.
·Handle general office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
