Senior Showroom Manager – Luxurious Furniture Retail

Company Overview:

Our client is a distinguished holding company with a diverse portfolio of businesses, products, and services, proudly representing some of the most prestigious global brands. As part of their commitment to delivering excellence, they are seeking a highly experienced Senior Showroom Manager to oversee and elevate the showroom experience for a luxurious furniture retail franchise of a renowned UK brand in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

1. Showroom Management:

Oversee the overall operations of the luxurious furniture retail showroom, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and functionality.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales associates and support staff to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, and visual merchandising to maximize sales opportunities and maintain the showroom’s aesthetic appeal.
Customer Experience:
Create a welcoming and luxurious showroom environment that resonates with the brand’s image and values.
Champion exceptional customer service standards, ensuring that customers receive personalized assistance, product knowledge, and guidance to make informed purchasing decisions.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

3. Brand Representation:

Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that the showroom reflects the brand’s ethos and values.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute brand initiatives, promotions, and events within the showroom.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain the brand’s competitive edge.

4. Sales and Performance:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and customer engagement.

5. Administrative Duties:

Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory, and customer information.
Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of showroom staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in brand management and showroom management, with a strong focus on luxury home appliances and furniture.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
A deep understanding of customer behavior and luxury retail trends.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with Kuwait’s luxury retail market and consumer preferences is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
