Plant Manager
About the job
Job description:
•Develops and monitors the implementation of department policies and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements. •Follows up on the day-to-day operations of the plan and provides guidance, encourages teamwork and facilitates related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards. •Manages the effective achievement of objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate performance. •Monitors and inputs manufacturing and shipping plans and accordingly sets actions plans for optimal utilization and efficiency. •Troubleshoots and investigates complex manufacturing issues, incidents and reliability problems on the production line, and rearranges work plans and resources accordingly to ensure continuity of operations. •Coordinates with internal departments, such as the engineering department, on strategic plans and projects. •Evaluates capital expenditures (CAPEX) along with the engineering department to ensure alignment with the approved set budget. •Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. Qualifications:

12 to 14 years of related experience preferably at pharmaceutical industries.
Sufficient knowledge in cGMPs.
Excellent Communication skills, Arabic and English Languages.
