Position: Business Development and Technology Transfer Projects Manager
Industry: Pharmaceuticals
Job Location: Amman, Jordan
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the business development manager to build the company’s pipeline.
In-licensing and out-licensing the company`s pipeline and portfolio
Follow up with the licensing companies: business cases, supply prices, MOQ, and registration.
Acquire a specific number of products each year, from signing to launch.
Responsible for the technology transfer of the processes from R&D lab to a GMP plant (CMO)
Act as a primary contact for the CMO or external partners for the technology transfer activities
Build the technology transfer by performing gap analysis, risk assessment and technology transfer protocol.
Manage and execute the operational activities related to technology transfer.
Lead the technical meetings and execute technology transfer deliverables (equipment, materials, training, …)
Coordinate the delivery of relevant registration documents.
Report the progress of technology transfer tasks.
Support the projects’ stakeholders in budget construction and project timelines related to technology transfer activities.
Job Requirements:
8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Education: BSc. in Pharmacy from a reputable university, MBA is a plus.
Excellent communication skills; both oral and written.
computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Fluent in English.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong Project Management experience
Manage multiple tasks.
Able to work independently.
