Description
FMC HR is looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager for Ixpanse Teknoloji, a wholly owned subsidiary of a U.S. company. You will be responsible for indirect go to market strategy and revenue across all geographic regions. This is a high visibility, high impact role that will build Ixpanse’s fully integrated channel partner ecosystem. Using your experience and leadership skills, you will deliver successful outcomes against our channel targets. The role will report directly into the MD of Turkey.

Ixpanse Teknoloji is located in Ankara and has been established as a subsidiary of the Ixpanse LLC, which is owned by U.S.-based investors. The company is a specialist Data Center company. Ixpanse has partnership agreements with leading technology companies like VMware, DE-CIX, and is in the process of signing up more such industry leading partnerships. The service offerings are – colocation, network services, Internet Exchange, private cloud (VMware), Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), and Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS).

Create and execute a clear strategy and vision for the channel ecosystem aligned to revenue growth targets
Establish relationships with key channel partners, cloud service providers, hyperscalers, and any other external stakeholders that can serve as Ixpanse’s expanded channels to market
Responsible for partner engagement and go-to-market efforts, developing a robust pipeline of joint opportunities for customers across the region
Develop and implement demand generation strategies, including marketing efforts for different partner segments
Influence pricing policies, terms and conditions as needed for maximizing growth
Continuously evaluate different partnership and go-to-market models to grow partner network and impact
Regular (2 days/2wks) travel to Ankara is expected
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
BS/BA degree
Fluent in English and Turkish
10+ years of relevant sales experience, with 7+ years of Channel Sales experience
Experience in a technology environment, with preference for data center, cloud or telco experience
Specific experience selling solutions based on at least two of the following: Microsoft, VMWare, Oracle, and SAP
Passion for combining creativity with a can-do attitude to drive material results
Strong collaboration capabilities, project management and ability to deal with ambiguity
Willingness to travel, and B-class valid driving license
Location: Istanbul or Ankara
