Job Summary:

We are looking for a Financial Manager to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. As a financial manager at Arab Therapy, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing a company’s financial resources, to provide strategic financial guidance, financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis to help the company achieve its financial goals. Prior experience working with Delaware-based companies is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to meet the company’s objectives.

Analyze financial data, trends, and performance to make recommendations for improvement.

Create financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.

Prepare and manage the annual budget, Monitor budget variances, and take corrective actions as needed.

Manage cash reserves, and establish effective cash flow forecasting.

Identify and assess financial risks, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Prepare and present financial reports to the management, and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations.

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.

Oversee tax planning strategies, and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.

Coordinate and oversee financial audits, and ensure compliance with audit recommendations and findings.

Provide input and support for strategic decisions based on financial data.

Assess the financial impact of new projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven +5 years of experience in financial management, within the context of startup companies, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are preferred.

Proficient in financial software and tools.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.

Experience working in Saudi companies is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
