http://www.hikma.com JOB PURPOSE:
- To review and approve all inspection responses, change controls, deviations, CAPA and annual product review reports while overseeing and reviewing validation area processes and procedures to make recommendations for changes and/or improvements.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for delivering the optimum quality of the company’s services. In addition to maintaining consistent quality, they help to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards, and recommending improvements where necessary.
- Create and implements company quality standards.
- Accomplish quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Train and motivate employees to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing to information analysis.
- Meet financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budgets, and monitor overtime.
- Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits.
- Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Ensure compliance with cGMPs in the different facilities and locations.
- Solve complex problems and decide about the release/ reject of batches.
- Escalate quality issues to management.
- Manage and handle deviation investigations, CAPAs, and claims.
- Final batch release responsibility.
- Manage the final QA check and review for all documents and systems.
- Ability to host /handle inspections.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

- Minimum Bachelor degree, in Engineering, Pharmacy.
- Solid understanding in GMPs and quality aspects in Pharmaceutical Industry, with an experience in QA/quality compliance function.
- At least 3 years in managerial position with direct reports.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Excellent Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing.
- Good leadership and people/ conflict management skills.
